  • PLR products
  • MRR products
  • Editable Canva-based products
  • Other digital products sold directly by Dream Publishers

Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical product to return.

Requesting a Refund

If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, contact Dream Publishers through our website Contact page or reply to your purchase confirmation and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • A brief explanation of your refund request

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

PLR & MRR Products

Some Dream Publishers products include Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resale Rights (MRR), or other commercial-use licenses.

If you receive a refund for a licensed product, your license to use that product ends immediately.

After receiving a refund, you must stop using the product and may no longer:

  • Sell or resell the product
  • Rebrand or republish the product
  • Distribute or share the product
  • Include the product in another bundle, course, membership, or offer
  • Give the product away as a lead magnet or bonus
  • Transfer resale or commercial rights to another person
  • Continue using editable Canva files or other licensed source materials

You should also delete or destroy copies of the refunded product in your possession or control.

Resold or Distributed Products

Our 30-day guarantee is intended to allow customers to evaluate their purchase fairly. It is not intended to allow someone to commercially use, distribute, resell, or transfer a licensed product and then request their purchase price back.

Dream Publishers may decline a voluntary refund request where a PLR, MRR, or commercially licensed product has already been materially used for resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or transfer of rights.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. Once the duplicate purchase is verified, we will correct the order and issue you a refund.

Download or Access Problems

If you have difficulty downloading, opening, accessing, or editing a purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Canva Products

Some Dream Publishers products include editable Canva links.

A free or paid Canva account may be required depending on the product and Canva features used.

A customer's inability or decision not to create a Canva account does not automatically mean the digital product is defective.

Bundles

If a refund is approved for a bundle, the refund applies to the entire bundle purchase, and all licenses and usage rights associated with the refunded bundle end.

Unless Dream Publishers specifically agrees otherwise, individual products within a bundle are not separately refundable.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Eligible products purchased during a promotion, introductory offer, sale, or with a discount code remain covered by this 30-day guarantee unless the product page clearly states different refund terms.

Any approved refund will be based on the amount actually paid, not the product's regular or advertised value.

Our money-back guarantee covers your purchase of the digital product.

It does not guarantee:
