About our products
Are your products digital or printed?
Dream Publishers sells eBooks and digital products. They are distributed electronically and delivered to you by a link (templates and Canva Editable), or direct download (PDF or other publishing format if identified). Check the description of the product you are interested in for details about what is included.
What is included with my purchase?
Each product is a different depending on which rights you have to the product. Refer to these 3 methods depending on the rights of the book you purchased:
- Personal Use rights: a downloadable link to a PDF file, or other publishing format as indicated. Images and audio files are provided for download also usually in png, jpg (image files), or .mp3, .wav (audio files).
- PLR Private Label Rights: a link to a Canva Template that you can open in free version of Canva and edit/change or download. If you do not have a Canva account you can create free one here->Canva
- MRR Master Resale Rights: a link to a Canva Template that you can open in free version of Canva and edit/change or download. If you do not have a Canva account you can create free one->Canva
We are starting to include the downloadable file with the PLR/MRR rights, if you purchased this type of license.

Which file formats will I receive?
Check the individual product description for file-format details. If the format is not listed, please ask us before ordering, especially if you need a specific format for your device or software.
Usually it will be a PDF file (printed matter), or a PNG or JPG file (images), or a WAV, MP3/MP4 (audio).
Can I read the ebooks on my phone, tablet, or computer?
Compatibility depends on the file format and the reading software you use. Check the product details and make sure your device or app supports the included format. Contact us if you need help checking before you buy.
Downloads and order help
How do I access my purchase?
After ordering, check your order confirmation and any separate delivery email for access instructions. Keep these emails so you can refer back to your order details. If you cannot find the instructions, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
What should I do if I cannot find my delivery email?
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and search your inbox for Dream Publishers. Make sure you are checking the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact us ( support@dreampublishers.com ) with your order number so we can help.
What if my file will not download or open?
Check your internet connection, allow the download to finish, and confirm that your device has enough storage. Try downloading again using an up-to-date browser. Make sure you are opening the file with software that supports its format. If the problem continues, contact us with your order number, device type, and the error message you see.
I entered the wrong email address at checkout. What should I do?
Contact us ( support@dreampublishers.com ) with your order number, the email address entered at checkout, and the correct email address. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Product licenses
Can I edit, rebrand, share, or resell a product?
What you can do depends on the license supplied with that specific product. Check its license information before purchasing or using the content. Do not assume that permissions for one product apply to another, but here is a good guideline to follow:
- Personal Use Products - No, you cannot edit, rebrand, share or resell this product.
- PLR, Private Label Rights - You can edit, rebrand, share or resell this product. You cannot allow your customers to resell the product.
- MRR, Master Resale Rights - You can edit, rebrand, share or resell this product. You can also allow your customers to resell the product.
Where can I find the license information?
Start with the license information on the product page and review any license documentation supplied with your purchase. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, contact us before proceeding.
